About us - The Israel Parkinson Website

Israel Parkinson is a unique initiative of The Aufzien Family Center for Prevention and Treatment of Parkinson's Disease at Tel-Aviv University, developed to better understand the early stages (prodromal) of Parkinson's Disease (PD) in Israel and to detect persons who might benefit from early detection and intervention.

By participating in this project you will join a global initiative to identify subjects at risk to PD and who will be targeted in future clinical trials, aimed at delaying or preventing PD.

Participants will be followed longitudinally and a sub-group will be invited for more detailed assessments and possibly will take part in future clinical trials with technologies aiming to stop the progress of PD at its early stages.

Join us now and you will support:

✓ The establishment of a unique Israeli cohort

✓ Identification of early markers for PD

✓ Investigating risk factors for PD

✓ Research about motor and non-motor features of PD in its early stages

And more...
